Disconnect harness assembly (3) and remove clip (6).
Remove charge air temperature sensor (5). Remove bracket (7) and the clip.
Loosen clamp (2) and remove elbow (1).
Loosen clamp (4) and remove air inlet elbow (8).

Remove pipe plug (11) and spring pin (13).
Remove bolts (9), plate (10), and O-ring seal (12) from air inlet elbow (8).

Disconnect harness assembly (14) and remove barometric pressure sensor (16).
Remove inlet manifold (15) and remove O-ring seal (17). Installation Procedure
Install inlet manifold (15) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (A) uniformly to the face of inlet manifold (15), and assemble within 10 minutes of application.
Orientate barometric pressure sensor (16) so the locking tabs are facing away from the engine. Tighten to 10 2.0 N m (89 18 lb in).
Apply Tooling (B) to pipe plug (11).
Tighten clamp (4) to a torque of 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
Tighten clamp (2) to a torque of 20 1 N m (177 9 lb in).
Tighten charge air temperature sensor (5) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).
