Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to piston pump (3). The weight of piston pump (3) is approximately 33 kg (73 lb).
Install the O-ring seal, piston pump (3), and bolts (5).

Connect hose assembly (1) to piston pump (3).
Install hose assembly (4), the clamps, and the bolts to piston pump (3).
Install hose assembly (2), the clamps, and the bolts to piston pump (3). End By:
Install the piston pump (generator). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Generator) - Install".
Install the piston pump (tamper), if equipped. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Tamper) - Install".
