Install ball (36), spring (35), guide (34), and retaining ring (33) in spool (30).

Install spring (32), plug (31), and the spool assembly.
Install three O-ring seals (27). Note: Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

Install O-ring seal (23) and plug (22). Tighten plug (22) to a torque of 47 9 N m (34.7 6.6 lb ft). Note: Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

Use five bolts (17) and five washers in order to install cover assembly (19) and clip (18). Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 47 9 N m (34.7 6.6 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (29) on plug (28). Tighten plug (28) to a torque of 35 3 N m (25.8 2.2 lb ft). Note: Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

Use five bolts (24) and five washers in order to install cover assembly (25). Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 47 9 N m (34.7 6.6 lb ft).

Install cartridge assembly (13) on manifold (15). Tighten the cartridge assembly to a torque of 30.5 3.5 N m (22.50 2.58 lb ft).
Install three O-ring seals (16).
Install two O-ring seals (5). Note: Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed.
Position two bolts (14) and two washers in the manifold assembly. Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 47 9 N m (34.7 6.6 lb ft).

Install the manifold assembly.
Use washer (11) and nut (10) in order to install coil assembly (12). Tighten nut (10) to a torque of 14 2 N m (10.3 1.5 lb ft). Note: When the nut is being tightened, maintain washer (11) in a centered position.

Install screen (9) in valve (4). Use O-ring seal (8) as a retainer. Note: Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

Install seal (7) on plug (6). Install the plug assembly. Note: Lubricate the seals with the fluid that is being sealed.

Use two bolts (2) and two washers in order to install the valve assembly and clip (3). End By:
