Apply Tooling (C) to the taper and threads of the ball stud of steering cylinder group (7).
Attach a suitable lifting device to steering cylinder group (7). The weight of steering cylinder group (7) is approximately 110 kg (243 lb). Install steering cylinder group (7).Note: Use Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to align the steering arm and the wheel, brake, and suspension (front).
Apply Tooling (C) to the face of one locknut (5). Install one locknut (5).

(E) 5S-6084 Socket, 385-7874 Hydraulic Wrench, and 385-8479 Hydraulic Pump and Motor Gp (115V) or 384-8916 Hydraulic Pump and Motor Gp (230V)Note: Secure the other end of steering link group (8) with a suitable lifting device.
Apply Tooling (C) to the taper and threads of the ball stud of steering link group (8). Attach a suitable lifting device to steering link group (8). The weight of steering link group (8) is approximately 123 kg (271 lb). Install steering link group (8).
Apply Tooling (C) to the face of one locknut (5). Install one locknut (5).
Use Tooling (D) and Tooling (E) to tighten two locknuts (5). Tighten two locknuts (5) to a torque of 2550 100 N m (1880 74 lb ft).

Install two plugs (2). Use Tooling (F) to install retaining rings (3). Install two retaining rings (3).
Connect one hose assembly (1) and one hose assembly (4).

Use Tooling (F) to remove retaining ring (10). Remove retaining ring (10), plug (9), and locknut (12). Retain all hardware.
Clean the bores and the mounting surfaces of center arm (11) free of wax, dirt, debris, paint, and grease.
