Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install outer support (11) onto mount assembly (12). The weight of outer support (11) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (10).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position engine trunnion (9). The weight of engine trunnion (9) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
Install bolts (8).
Remove Tooling (B).

Failure to follow the recommended procedure or the specified tooling that is required for the procedure could result in damage to components.To avoid component damage, follow the recommended procedure using the recommended tools.
Attach a suitable lifting device onto lifting bracket (4). Raise the engine from Tooling (A). Do not raise the engine more than 6.35 mm (0.25 inch).
Remove Tooling (A) and lower the engine.

Install tube assembly (7). Install clips (6).

Install bolts (3) and bolts (2). Tighten bolts (3) and bolts (2) to a torque of 475 50 N m (350 37 lb ft).

Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 270 25 N m (199 18 lb ft). Repeat this step for the opposite side. End By:
Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove".
Install the vibration damper and the pulley. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove".
