Disassembly Procedure

Remove the seat from the machine. Separate seat (1) from suspension (2).

Remove six bolts (3). Remove plate (4).

Remove three bolts (5). Then, remove back seat cushion (6).

Remove two bolts (7). Then, remove bottom seat cushion (8).

Remove three bolts (10). Then, remove side cushion (9).
Repeat Step 5 in order to remove the side cushion on the other side of the seat.

Remove the nut and bolt (12) that holds comfort ride sleeve (11) to the seat. Remove comfort ride sleeve (11) and bushing (14). Remove the nut and bolt (15) that holds seat belt retractor (13) to the seat. Remove seat belt retractor (13).

Remove four bolts (17) and the washers. Remove swivel assembly (16) from the suspension.

Remove four slides (19) from two brackets (18). Remove four nuts (20) and the washers. Remove two brackets (18).

Remove two rivets (22). Remove angle (24), spring (23) and plate assembly (21).
