Wash air cleaner element.Clean air cleaner element (with air). 1. Remove the cup assembly and baffle assembly. 2. Remove the wing nut and filter assembly. 3. Clean the inside of the air cleaner housing with a clean cloth.Pressure Water - 280 kPa (40 psi) Maximum 4. Direct the water along the inside and outside of the pleats.5. Air dry and inspect the element.Detergent 6. Wash the filter element in warm water and nonsudsing household detergent.7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, air dry and inspect the filter element.Inspect the filter element 8. Insert a light inside a dry and cleaned filter element. Discard any filter element with rips or tears. 9. Wrap and store the clean filter elements in a clean, dry place. 10. Place element in air cleaner and secure with wing nut. 11. Replace the cup assembly and baffle assembly.Fuel pump strainer cleaning S/N 6HJD00066.Clean fuel pump strainer. S/N 6JD1-66 1. Remove and clean bowl. 2. Remove strainer. Wash it in diesel fuel. 3. If gasket is damaged, install a new one. 4. Install bowl and strainer loosely. 5. Pump the primer lever until bowl is full of fuel. Push lever down on final stroke.6. Tighten the bowl.Hydraulic oil tank breather replacement 1. Remove and discard old hydraulic oil tank breather. 2. Attach new hydraulic oil tank breather and hand tighten.Differential gear lube change. S/N 6JD112 & up 1. Remove the drainplug located at the bottom of the differential.2. After gear lube has drained, replace the drainplug. 3. Remove the fill/check plug located in the center of the left axle shaft housing.4. Add gear lube until gear lube reaches this level.5. Replace the fill/check plug.Differential gear lube change. S/N 6JD1-111. 1. Remove the drain plug located at the bottom of the differential.2. After gear lube has drained, replace the drainplug. 3. Remove the fill/check plug located in the center of the differential case.4. Add gear lube until gear lube reaches this level.5. Replace the fill/check plug.
