Important: Keep Pistons Protected.
Figure 2673. Stand pump housing on trunnion side. To prevent piston/bore hang-up, insert first servo piston in bore furthest from I.D. tag-as shown, in Fig. 26. Then install other piston and swash plate assembly.
Figure 2774. Install trunnions and shim packs. Use equal shim stock per side (up to .010" maximum difference per side).75. Install 3 bolts in each trunnion. Torque bolts 44-53 ft. lbs. for Models "46, 54, and 76". For Models "33 and 39," torque bolts 28-34 ft. lbs.
