Vibratory System "Off"
1. Hydraulic oil is drawn from hydraulic oil tank (1) into the rear section (cover end) of vibratory pump (6). As hydraulic oil leaves the tank, it passes through the suction filter element, cleaning the oil.
Correct maintenance must be used to prevent the suction filters from becoming clogged. If clogged, the bypass valve will open, allowing contaminated oil to enter the system.
2. Rear section of pump (6) puts the oil under pressure and routes it to rear control valve (7).3. Charge oil is routed from charge pump (5) to rear control valve (7). The control valve uses this charge oil and two solenoid valves to direct oil flow through the control valve.4. When the rear vibratory switches (on instrument panel) are OFF, oil from pump (6) flows through control valve (7) and is routed through oil cooler (2) to hydraulic oil tank (1).
