Attach a suitable lifting device onto turbocharger (10). The weight of turbocharger (10) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Position turbocharger (10). Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (11). Install bolts (11). Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 55 9 N m (41 7 lb ft). Connect tube assembly (12) .

Tighten clamp (6). Install hose (9). Tighten clamps (8). Connect tube assemblies (5) and (7). Position cover (4) and attach springs (3) .

Connect hose (2). Tighten clamp (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" and Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)".End By: Install the engine side guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install".
