Information:
START BY:a. connection of steering frame lock link1. Park the machine on a flat, level surface. Put wood blocks in front of and behind the rear tires to prevent the machine from moving. 2. Disconnect the attachment tool from the coupler.3. Raise the lift arms, and install tooling (A) on the left cylinder.
View From Under Machine4. Remove bolts (1), and disconnect the front drive shaft from the differential. 5. Remove the cover from the front loader frame.6. Disconnect brake line (2) from the tee on the differential. 7. Remove eight bolts (3) that fasten the front axle housing to the front frame.8. Put a suitable floor jack under the front axle housing to prevent it from rotating when it is rolled from under the machine.9. Raise the front of the machine until the weight is off of the front axle housing, and install tooling (B).10. Roll the front axle out from under the machine.11. Install the axle housing in the reverse order of removal.12. Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 270 25 N m (200 18 lb.ft.).13. After installation of the axle housing, remove the air from the brake lines.
