Remove the bulldozer lift cylinder. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Bulldozer Lift Cylinder - Remove".
Illustration 1 g01018642Note: The yoke weighs 42 kg (93 lb).
Install tool (A) on yoke (1) and attach a suitable lifting device.
Remove four bolts (2) and plate (3).

Install tool (B) in pin (4). Pull pin (4).
Remove yoke (1) from the bore.

Remove the lip type seal (5) from the bore.
Remove two sleeve bearings (6) from the bore. Installation Procedure

Lower the temperature of sleeve bearings (6). Install bearings (6) in the radiator guard with the grooves in bearings (6) withinangles (A). The sleeve bearings should have these dimensions after the installation:
Angle (A) should be a maximum of 15 degrees.
The inner bearing diameter should be 76.458 0.150 mm (3.010 0.006 inch).
The outer bearing diameter should be 101.806 0.150 mm (4.008 0.006 inch).
Install lip seal (5) into the radiator guard with the lip toward the outside.
Fill the bore in the radiator guard with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease.

Use tool (A) and a suitable lifting device to install yoke (1) in the radiator guard. Remove tool (A).

Install pin (4).
Install the cover (3) over the pin (4). Install bolts (2). End By:
Install the bulldozer lift cylinder. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Bulldozer Lift Cylinder - Install".
