Disconnect harness assembly (4). Harness assembly (4) is located behind the seat.

Remove bolts (5) and raise arm assembly (1) or (2). Bolts (5) are located under arm assembly (1) or (2) .

Remove bolts (6) and arm assembly (1) or (2) .Installation Procedure

Position arm assembly (1) or (2) and install bolts (6) .

Lower arm assembly (1) or (2) and install bolts (5) .

Connect harness assembly (4) .Note: Perform Step 4 if you are installing a joystick control. Otherwise perform Step 5 if you are installing the two lever controls.

(A) 40 1 mm (1.57 0.04 inch) (B) 33 1 mm (1.30 0.04 inch)
Install film (3). Refer to Illustration 7 for the location of film (3) .
Remove film (3) .
Use Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET) in order to change the configuration of the implement controls.
Perform the "Operator Control Calibrations (Implement)" in Cat ET in order to calibrate the new implement controls.
