START BY:a. connection of steering frame lock link
To prevent possible personal injury, make sure the machine is on a hard, level surface. Block the tires that are not going to be lifted to prevent movement of the machine.
1. Put wood blocks (1) between the rear axle housing and the frame on both sides of the machine. 2. Raise the end of the machine until the tire to be removed is off the ground. Install tooling (A) under the axle.3. Fasten a hoist to the tire and rim as shown. Remove nuts (3), and remove the tire and rim. The weight of the tire and rim is 158 kg (350 lb.). Make sure valve stem (2) is in alignment with the notch in the wheel assembly.4. Install the tire and rim in the reverse order of removal.5. Tighten nuts (3) to a torque of 468 41 N m (346 30 lb.ft.).END BY:a. separation of steering frame lock link
