Use two lifting straps that are equal in length.
Place one lifting strap around the tube of the carriage near one end.
Place the other lifting strap around the tube of the carriage near the other end.
Install the loops that are on the ends of each of the lifting straps onto a hoist. Use the hoist to lift the fork.Tying Down the Fork
Do not tie the fork down using the pin bores since this can damage pin bores.
