Install gasket (22) onto pump body (6).

Install valve group (21) onto pump body (6).

Install gasket (21) onto block (20).

Install block (20) and bolts (19) onto valve group (21).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to install pump body (6). The weight of pump body (6) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).Note: Ensure that the key lines up with the servo while lowering.

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install bolts (18) into pump body (6).

Install gears (13) and (14) into charge pump housing (12).Note: There are 2 marks on top of each gear and must face upwards at this point.

Install plate (16) and retainers (16A) onto charge pump housing (12).

Install adapter (15), seal (17), O-ring seal (11), and charge pump housing (12) into pump body (6).

Install O-ring seal (10) into flange adapter (9).

Install flange adapter (9) and bolts (8).

Install sensors (7) and the O-ring seals into pump body (6).

Install elbow (5) and the O-ring seal onto pump body (6).

Install elbow (2), adapter (3), elbow assembly (4), and the O-ring seals.

Remove pump flange (1) from Tooling (A) or a suitable fixture.End By:
