TUBE AS 3598866 - Caterpillar

ACTION REQUIRED
The 284-0612 Tube As should be replaced with the 312-5562 Hose As and two 184-7211 Clips. Also, replace the 0T-0573 Bolts with two 0S-1619 Bolts. The hose must be retained at location (1) and location (2).
Replace the 008-8381 Elbow and 6V-5053 O-ring Seal with new parts of the same part number.
If the 312-5562 Hose As is being retrofitted to Group 1 (RNC00001-RNC02939), the indicated oil line tube (3) must be updated to a 309-6233 Tube. A 6V-4589 O-Ring Seal and 9M-4584 Flared Connector are used at the lower connection of this tube. A 198-6068 Seal is used at the upper connection.
