There is a $20 miscellaneous allowance for paint to match the engine.
PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Step 1: Remove the 324-8080 Tube and 324-8082 Elbow to allow access to the 292-5811 Bracket located on the rear right hand side of the engine shown in Image1.1.1.
Step 2: Remove the 331-7034 Bracket and the 292-5811 Bracket shown in Image1.1.1.
Inspect and replace the 331-7034 Bracket with new part if required.

Step 3: Sub-assemble the 367-6241 Bracket to the 331-7034 Bracket with four 0L-1143 Bolts and four 9X-6458 Washers shown in Image1.2.1.
This system is sensitive to assembly torque. These bolts should only be tightened hand tight for sub-assembly.
Brackets must be sub-assembled prior to installation on engine.

Step 4: Install sub-assembly as shown in Image1.3.1. using six 9X-6458 Washers, two 0S-1588 Bolts (Items 1 and 2), two 0L-1352 Bolts (Items 3 and 4), and two 3B-1915 Bolts (Items 9 and 10).
This system is sensitive to assembly torque. All bolts should be assembled hand tight and then tightened to a final torque of 55 Nm (40.6 ft-lbs) in sequential order called out in Image1.3.1.

Step 5: Reinstall the 324-8080 Tube, 324-8082 Elbow, with a new 112-3540 O-ring, and a new 226-4753 Gasket.
