Removal Procedure
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.

Remove cover (1) from the turbocharger.

Remove elbow (2). Remove handle (3) .

Disconnect clips (4) and (5). Attach a suitable lifting device, as shown. Remove bolts (6). Remove the guard and the muffler. The weight of the guard and the muffler is approximately 50 kg (105 lb).

Remove muffler (7) from guard (8) .Installation Procedure

Install muffler (7) into guard (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device, as shown. Install the muffler and the guard. The weight of the muffler and the guard is approximately 50 kg (105 lb). Install four bolts (6). Connect two clips (4) and (5) .

Install elbow (2) from the muffler. Install handle (3) .

Install cover (1) for the turbocharger.
