Put tool (A) on end of shaft assembly to prevent damage to the lip seal when it is inltalled in the adapter. 7. Use a press and tooling (B) to install the lip seal in the adapter. Install the seal with lip toward the gear. 8. Install bearing and races (9) on the shaft assembly.9.
