Remove the track roller frames.
When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.

Attach Tooling (A) to pivot shaft (1) as shown in Illustration 1.
Attach a suitable lifting device to the upper link bracket of Tooling (A).
Attach Tooling (B) to the lower link bracket of Tooling (A).
Attach the opposite end of Tooling (B) to a stationary object.

Attach another suitable lifting device to pivot shaft (1) to maintain the balance of pivot shaft (1) during removal. The weight of pivot shaft (1) is approximately 550 kg (1212 lb).
Remove pivot shaft (1).

Use Tooling (C) to remove bushings (2) from main frame (3).Installation Procedure
Install pivot shaft (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (D) to install bushings (2) in the main frame. The inside diameter of bushings (2) after installation should be 171.77 0.10 mm (6.762 0.004 inch).
