Assembly Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Ensure that the tube stack and the heat exchanger are clean and free from restriction. Ensure that the tube stack and the heat exchanger is free from wear or damage. If necessary, replace any components that are worn or damaged.

Install a new O-ring seal (7) onto tube stack (8). Install tube stack to the body of heat exchanger (1).
Install a new O-ring seal (9) to tube stack. Position end cap (10) and install allen head bolt (2) finger tight.
Install a new O-ring seal (6) to tube stack. Install spacer (5) to tube stack. Install a new O ring seal (4) to tube stack.
Position end cap (3) and install allen head bolt (11) finger tight.
Tighten allen head bolt (2) and allen head bolt (11) to a torque of 22 N m (16 lb ft). End By:
Install the heat exchanger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Heat Exchanger - Install".
