9U-6200 Front Cover Installer
(1) Front cover The front cover must be centered on the front of the engine before the bolts are tightened. Use a 9U-6200 Front Cover Installer to center the front cover before the bolts are tightened. (2) Front housing Tighten the M8 bolts (not shown) that fasten the front housing to the cylinder block to the following torque: ... 22 N m (16 lb ft)Tighten the M10 bolts (not shown) that fasten the front housing to the cylinder block to the following torque: ... 44 N m (33 lb ft) (3) Bolts After the front cover is centered on the front of the engine, tighten the bolts and the two nuts that fasten the front cover to the front housing. Tighten the bolts and the nuts to the following torque: ... 22 N m (16 lb ft) (4) 9U-6200 Front Cover Installer The front cover installer is used to center the front cover on the front of the engine.
