Install O-ring seals (22) and backup rings (23) to shuttle valve (20).

Install O-ring seals (19) and shuttle valve (20). Tighten the shuttle valve to a torque of 35 3 N m (26 2 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (24) and backup rings (25) on crossover relief valve (21).

Install crossover relief valve (21). Tighten the crossover relief valve to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install shim pack (14), retainer (15), washers (16), spring (17), retainer (18), the washer and bolt (13). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 5 1 N m (4 1 lb ft).

Install spool assembly (12).

Install cover (11) and the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (9) and backup rings (10) on relief valve (8).

Install backup relief valve (8). Tighten the backup relief valve to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (6) and backup rings (7) to pressure reducing valve (5).

Install pressure reducing valve (5). Tighten the pressure reducing valve to a torque of 60 7 N m (44 5 lb ft).
