Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to planetary carrier (1) for support. The weight of planetary carrier (1) is approximately 84 kg (185 lb). Position planetary carrier (1) on a suitable block, as shown.
Install pin (8) in planetary shaft (5).
Apply clean oil to sleeve bearing (7). Install sleeve bearing (7) in gear (9).

Install thrust washer (6), gear (9) and thrust washer (10) in planetary carrier (1).
Install planetary shaft (5) in planetary carrier (1). Align pin (8) with the slot in planetary carrier (1).
Repeat steps 2 through 5 for the installation of the remaining planetary gears.

Install O-ring seal (4) to planetary carrier (1). Install planetary carrier (1) into wheel assembly (3).

Install bolts (2) into planetary carrier (1) for the 825H Wheel Dozer only.

Remove Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device from planetary carrier (1). End By:
Install the final drive, the brake and the wheel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive, Brake and Wheel - Install".
