Loosen the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Separate" in this module.

Install tool (A). See Illustration 1.
Raise the side of the machine.

Remove track guide (1) from the outside of the major bogie.

Note: The track roller weighs 95 kg (209 lb).
Install tool (B) and a hoist on the track roller. See Illustration 3.
Remove four bolts (3) and two caps (2) .

Use tool (B) and a hoist to remove track roller (4) from the minor bogie.
