Put transmission (2) and transfer gears (1) and (3) on support, as shown. The weight of the transmission and transfer gears is 2660 kg (5865 lb).

Remove yoke assembly (4) from input transfer gears (3) .

Fasten Tooling (A), a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the input transfer gears, as shown. Remove bolts (5). Separate input transfer gears (3) from transmission (2). The weight of the input transfer gears is 359 kg (790 lb).
