Install gear (4) and bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 49 N m (36 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to pump drive assembly. Rotate the pump drive assembly so that the shaft of 364-1802 Shaft (14) is visible.

Install new 375-4031 Lip Seal (15) onto 364-1802 Shaft (14) .Procedure to Install the New Coupling

Use a suitable device to preheat the inner ring of the new 362-8509 Torsional Coupling Gp (16) up to 100° C (212° F).

Use suitable gloves to install 362-8509 Torsional Coupling Gp (16) onto the pump drive assembly.

Install the new 364-5599 Spacer (17) and 157-0949 Flat Head Screw (18) onto 362-8509 Torsional Coupling Gp (16). Tighten 157-0949 Flat Head Screw (18) to a torque of 40 N m (30 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to clutch assembly (1). Install clutch assembly (1) and bolts (2) .

Install outer ring coupling (19) and the eight 4L-9337 Bolt (20). Tighten 4L-9337 Bolt (20) to a torque of 42 N m (31 lb ft).

Install rollers (21). Use tape or a string to hold rollers (21) in place.

Install pump drive (23) to engine (22) by engaging both the halves of the coupling.

Ensure the arrows cast into both, the flange and the hub are aligned.
Remove the tape or the string and push the coupling fully into the aligned position. Rotate the complete assembly a few times to ensure that there is no interference. If there is, the source must be identified and eliminated before you proceed.
Install the pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive - Remove and Install" for the proper procedure.

Install new 031-4392 O-ring Seal (24) before installing propel pump to pump drive (23). Install the propel pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Propel) - Remove and Install" for the proper procedure.
Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure - Remove and Install" for the proper procedure.
