Information:

2. Fabricate two bracket assemblies to the dimensions shown in Illustration 3 and Chart C.
Do not torch or weld on painted areas. The effect of gasses from burned paint is a danger to the person doing the cutting or welding.
3. Weld two 1F0750 Weld Nuts behind the holes which were machined in the brackets which were fabricated in Step 2.4. All seals should be replaced with the new 4P9942 and 4P9943 Seals if any leaks were evident prior to the stiffener plate upgrade. The one piece seal replaces the folded core seals and the 7E2308 Supports.5. Remove all of the 2W5555 Strap Assemblies bolted to the module center tabs. Make sure that all of the MRM cores are squared up in the radiator and not touching each other.6. Bolt the 4P4449 Plate Assembly to the cores.7. Bolt the brackets which were fabricated in Steps 2 and 3 in place at each end of the 4P4449 Plate Assembly.7. Position the ends of the fabricated brackets so they contact their respective side channels. Trim the brackets so that they do not extend beyond the end of the side channel.

8. Weld the fabricated brackets securely to the side channels.9. Check to ensure that all bolts are tight.D7H and D8N Tractors Equipped with 7E0830 Multirow Module (MRM) or 4P0894 Improved Multirow Module (IMRM) Cores

All seals should be replaced with the new 4P9942 and 4P9943 Seals if any leaks were evident prior to the stiffener plate upgrade. Current production machines are equipped with new Improved Multirow Module 7E9595 Cores. These cores require different end brackets than those previously fabricated.
