A 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound -
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Apply Tooling (A) to the turbocharger mounting studs on the exhaust manifold.

The weight of turbocharger (1) is approximately 17 kg (38 lb). Position the gasket and turbocharger (1) on the exhaust manifold. Note: Discard the nuts after use. Use new nuts for installation.
Install nuts (5). Tighten nuts (5) to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
Position tube assembly (3) and install bolts (4).
Connect hose assembly (2).
