Track Links
The EL300B and E300B links are identical to the EL300 link. The link pitch on the E300B Excavator is increased to 203.2 mm (8.00").
Track Seals
The new bushings are shorter to accommodate pairs of cone-shaped washers between the bushing ends and the links to seal out abrasives. These seals extend internal pin and bushing wear life about 20 to 30% compared to unsealed track.
Track Shoes
Triple grouser track shoes are available in 600 mm (24"), 800 mm (32"), and 910 mm (36").
Sprockets, Carrier Rollers, Idlers
The EL300B and E300B carrier rollers, idlers, and sprockets are identical to the carrier rollers, idlers, and sprockets on the EL300. Because of the larger link pitch, E300B carrier rollers, idlers, and sprockets are not adaptable to the E300 Excavator.
Track Rollers
The EL300B and E300B track roller dimensions are the same as the EL300 track roller dimensions. But the rim heat-treat pattern on the new track roller is improved to increase flange wear resistance.
