0.00 0.25 mm (0.000 0.010 inch).    
B     -     -     Distance between the bolt holes is
155.57 0.37 mm (6.125 0.015 inch).    
C     -     -     Distance between the bolt holes is

D     -     -     Protrusion for each end of the standard bushing is
