Information:

3. Remove the bypass tube (4) for the engine water pump.4. Disconnect the sea water inlet line (7) and water outlet line (5).5. Remove cover bolts (1) and remove left cover assembly (3).6. Remove cover bolts (6) and remove right cover assembly (2). 7. Remove tube bundle (8) for heat exchanger.Install Heat Exchanger (D330C, D333C, 3304 & 3306 Marine Engines)
1. Install new O-ring seals (3) in the heat exchanger covers.2. Put the tube bundle in the left cover assembly with the dowel pin (1) in alignment with the hole (2) in the cover assembly. 3. Put the cover and bundle assembly (5) in the expansion tank (4).4. Install the cover bolts.5. Install the right cover assembly. Install cover bolts.6. Install the bypass tube for engine water pump.7. Fill the engine cooling system to the correct level.
