2. Remove the bolts and left side engine guard (1).3. Remove bolt (2) that holds the air conditioning lines to the transmission cooler bonnet. Move the air conditioning lines away from the transmission cooler. 4. Remove eight bolts that hold oil line (4) to transmission cooler (3) and disconnect the lines. 5. Remove four bolts (5) that hold the transmission cooler to the engine. Remove transmission cooler (3) from the machine. 6. Remove the four bolts that hold bonnet (6) to the transmission cooler. Remove the bonnet.Install Transmission Oil Cooler
1. Use a .12 in. (3.0 mm) diameter rod to clean each tube of oil cooler (1). 2. Put the gasket and bonnet (3) in position on the oil cooler and install the bolts that hold it.3. Put the gasket and transmission cooler (1) in position on the engine and install the four bolts that hold the transmission cooler.4. Inspect the O-ring seals for damage and make replacements if needed. 5. Be sure the O-ring seals are in place and connect oil lines (4) to the transmission cooler. Install the eight bolts that hold the oil line to the transmission oil cooler. 6. Put the air conditioning lines in position and install bolt (6) in the clamps that hold the lines.7. Install left side engine guard (5). Install the bolts that hold the guard.8. Fill the cooling system to the correct level. See MAINTENANCE GUIDE.
