Water spray relayThe water spray relay is used to turn on the water spray pump. The water spray relay receives power from the connector 32 of the ECM. When the water spray switch is in the ON position, the ECM sends +battery voltage to the water spray relay which turns on the water spray pump. When the water spray switch is in the AUTO position, the water spray relay is energized in the following conditions:
The rotor is engaged.
Direction is forward.
The propel is not in neutral.When the water spray switch is in the OFF position, the water spray relay is never energized. Engine Shutdown Relay

Engine shutdown relayWhen the ECM detects a serious electrical fault in the engine, the engine shutdown relay will shut off the engine. The engine shutdown relay is controlled by an output of the ECM on connector contact 38. This relay operates the fuel solenoid for the engine. The relay must be energized in order to perform the following:
Start the engine.
Run the engine.If the ECM detects a serious electrical fault, which does not permit safe machine operation, the engine shutdown relay is turned OFF until the electrical problem is no longer present.If no serious fault is detected, the ECM sends +battery voltage to the engine shutdown relay. If a serious fault is detected, the engine shutdown relay is not energized. The ECM uses a +battery signal to activate the engine shutdown relay.
