3     1     133-4296 Lip Type Seal     Lubricate the lip seal outside diameter and yoke journal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Assemble the seal case flush with cage face as shown in the Illustration 2.    
4     1     248-3269 Shim Pack     As required, use the following shim pack in order to obtain the end play of
0.10 to 0.18 mm (0.004 to 0.007 inch):
Refer to the Power Train Testing and Adjusting, "Transfer Gear End Play - Adjust" in order to determine the number of shims to use.
Total thickness of shim pack is
1.76 mm (0.069 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for four shims is
0.05 mm (0.002 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for three shims is
0.12 mm (0.005 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for one shim is
0.40 mm (0.016 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for one shim is
0.80 mm (0.032 inch).    
5     1     2M-3340 O-Ring Seal     Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.    
6     16     9S-1366 Bolt     Torque to
135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).    
7     1     4L-9564 O-Ring Seal     Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.    
8     -     -     Before installing the bearing, apply green Loctite 609 to the carrier ring surface which mates to the bearing face.    
9     1     3S-1223 O-Ring Seal     Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.    
10     1     9N-4126 Shim Pack     As required, use the following shim pack in order to obtain the end play of
0.10 to 0.18 mm (0.004 to 0.007 inch):
