Position cap (23). Install bolts (24) and the washers .

Position pump head assembly (20) and the O-ring seals. Install bolts (21).
Repeat Steps 23 through 29 for the remaining pump head assembly.

Install springs (19) and spacer assembly (18).

Use a suitable string as shown in illustration 23 to install pistons and barrel assemblies (15) into housing.

(X) High Pressure side of Pump.
(Y) Suction side of Pump.
(Z) Kidney slots.
Install lip seal (13).
Install bearing assemblies (14).
Install plate assemblies (12) as shown with orientation noted from disassembly.Note: After, the port plates are assembled the port plates should not block any oil passages. Each side of the port plate should mirror each other. Note the kidney slot orientation (Z).

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to housing assembly (11). The weight of housing assembly (11) is approximately 102 N m (75 lb ft). Install housing assembly (11) and the O-ring seals.

Position plate assembly (6). Apply Tooling (F) to the threads of bolts (7) and install bolts (7).
