Bolts underneath the radiator
Install support (21). Install the washers and seven mount bolts (20) .
Be careful not to damage the radiator core or the oil cooler core during removal or installation.

Fasten Tooling (A), lifting straps, and a hoist to radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (18), as shown.
Carefully position radiator and hydraulic oil cooler (18) into the machine. The weight of the radiator and the hydraulic oil cooler is 612 kg (1350 lb).

Bolts underneath the radiator
Temporarily thread the washers and four mount bolts (19) into the radiator support.
Remove plugs from the ends of the hose assembly. Remove caps from the hydraulic oil cooler.

Note: Install the eight bolts (9) and (10) for the hydraulic oil cooler tube (8). Once the eight bolts are tight you can tighten the four mount bolts (19) for the radiator.
Install electrical connector (7) to the clip.
Hold valve assembly (5) in position. Install two bolts (6) .Note: Ether starting aid cylinder is not shown. Install the ether starting aid cylinder (If Equipped).
Install clamp (3). Install two bolts (4) .

Install support (16). Install the washers and two bolts (17) .

Install shroud assembly (13). Install the washers and bolts (14) .
Install the fan and fan drive.Reference: Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Drive - Install" in this manual.

Install this end of the lower radiator hose (11). Install hose clamp (12).

Install two access panels (1). Install the washers and eight bolts (2) .

Close the left rear access door. Install the washers and the two bolts.
Install the drain plug to the hydraulic oil tank.
Fill the hydraulic oil tank with oil to the correct level.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for the proper oil viscosity.Reference: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities" for the correct amount.Reference: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check" for the correct filling procedure.
Fill the cooling system to the correct level.Reference: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure to fill the cooling system.End By: Install the inner cooler.
