Choose "Heater Settings" (15) from the left tool bar.
Check shutoff temperature (16) for the heaters. The heater shutoff temperature is typically set to default. A higher setting for the shutoff temperature may be necessary to compensate for additional air cooling when picking up screed and moving frequently.

Choose "Extension Settings" (17) from the left tool bar.Note: All machines are equipped with a left hydraulic extender and a right hydraulic extender. Some machines are equipped with optional mechanical extensions which mount to the extenders.
Choose "Get" button (18) to retrieve the setpoints.
The time cells in the column above "Get" button (18) are the on time setpoints.
To adjust a setpoint, type a new value in a cell. Then choose "Send" button (19). Choose "Get" button (18) to retrieve the setpoints.
Repeat Step 29 to adjust an additional setpoint.Note: The default values may be used to override the retrieved values. To reset the setpoints to the default values, choose the "Set Defaults" button. Then choose the "Send" button.

Choose "Temp Diagnostic Settings" (20) from the left tool bar.
Choose "Get" button (21) to retrieve the setpoints.
The "Temp Change Time" and "Delta Temp" settings are typically set to the default values. These values may need modified for higher temperature operations. The "Temp Change Time" is the time to heat the plate to the "Delta Temp". "Delta Temp" is the temperature range used to verify plate heating over a period. Both "Temp Change Time" and "Delta Temp" are diagnostic tools to verify heating.
The "Setpoint Indicator Delta Temp" is the temperature at which the heater temperature indicator is extinguished.
To adjust a setpoint, type a new value in a cell. Then choose "Send" button (22). Choose "Get" button (21) to retrieve the setpoints.
Repeat Step 35 to adjust an additional setpoint.Note: The default values may be used to override the retrieved values. To reset the setpoints to the default values, choose the "Set Defaults" button. Then choose the "Send" button.
Choose "Block Diagram" (23) from the left tool bar.

Test the functionality of the panel buttons.
Press manual button (24) for the left extender. Dialog box (25) for "Left Extender Manual Switch" will change to "ON". Release the button. The dialog box for "Left Extender Manual Switch" will change to "OFF".
Press manual button (26) for the left main heater. Dialog box (27) for "Left Main Manual Switch" will change to "ON". Release the button. The dialog box for "Left Main Manual Switch" will change to "OFF".
Press manual button (28) for the right main heater. Dialog box (29) for the "Right Main Manual Switch" will change to "ON". Release the button. The dialog box for "Right Main Manual Switch" will change to "OFF".
Press manual button (30) for the right extender. Dialog box (not shown) for "Right Extender Manual Switch" will change to "ON". Release the button. The dialog box for "Right Extender Manual Switch" will change to "OFF".Note: Scrolling the window down may be necessary in order to view the dialog box for "Right Extender Manual Switch".
