Screed control boxThe left berm is controlled by the left screed control box. The right berm is controlled by the right screed control box.To change the height of the berm, use the following procedure.

This is the location of the berm's lock bolt.
Remove the berm's lock bolt (1) .

The switch is a center locked switch. In order to raise the berm, lift toggle switch (2) and hold the switch at position (3) until you reach the desired height.In order to lower the berm, lift the toggle switch (2) and hold the switch at position (4) until you reach the desired height.If the berm is not being used, lock the berm in place. In order to lock the berm in place, use the following procedure:
Lower the berm to the flat position. Refer to step 2 for instructions on lowering the berm.

Pull the lanyard (5) upward in order to position the lock.

While you hold the lanyard (5), replace the berm's lock bolt (1). Tighten the berm's lock bolt (1) to the correct torque.
