Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install a new seat washer (6) into the bore in the cylinder head for the fuel injection nozzle.
Install a new O-ring seal (3) onto fuel injection nozzle (5) .
Put fuel injection nozzle (5) in position in the cylinder head.
Install spacer (4), a new clamp (1) and bolt (2). Tighten bolt (2) to a torque of 22 N m (16 lb ft).
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the remaining fuel injection nozzles.End By: Install the fuel injection lines. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Injection Lines - Remove and Install".
