Changing Machine Control Pattern
If the machine is equipped with the 2-way valve, the machine control pattern can easily be changed to either the SAE system or the BHL (Standard Backhoe Loader) system by changing the 2-way valve position. To change the 2-way valve position, use the following procedure. The 2-way valve, if equipped, is located at the left front of the swing drive. Loosen bolt (1) and place lever (2) in the correct position. To select the BHL system, turn lever (2) fully clockwise. To select the SAE system, turn lever (2) fully counterclockwise. After turning lever (2) to the desired position, tighten bolt (1) securely.Hydraulically Activated Hydraulic Hammer Controls (Type A) (If Equipped)
Hammer Pedal
Hammer ON - Push down on the pedal to activate the hammer. Hammer OFF - Release the pedal to deactivate the hammer.Hammer Speed Switch
This switch controls the two speeds (if equipped) of the hammer. High - Push down on the front of the switch for high hammer stroke frequency. Use this position for light duty work such as demolition. Low - Push down on the rear of the switch for low hammer stroke frequency. Use this position for heavy duty work such as breaking rocks.Electrically Activated Hydraulic Hammer Controls (Type B) (If Equipped)
Hammer Enable Switch
Hammer Enable - Press the front of the switch to enable the hammer.Hammer ON/OFF Control
Hammer ON - Push down the top left button on the right joystick to activate the hammer. Hammer OFF - Release the top left button on the right joystick to deactivate the hammer.Hammer Speed Control
The hammer stroke frequency switch is located on the left joystick. High - Push down on the top right button for the high hammer stroke frequency. The hammer will stay in high until the button is released. Use this position for light duty work such as demolition. Low - Release the top right button for the low hammer stroke frequency. Use this position for heavy duty work such as breaking rocks.Rotator Circuit Actuation (If Equipped)
To enable the rotator circuit, press the rear of the switch on the right console. The rotator circuit is actuated with the top left and top right buttons on the left joystick. The direction of rotation is dependent on the tool's hydraulic connections.High Pressure Auxiliary Circuits (If Equipped)
The high pressure auxiliary circuit is enabled when the front of the switch on the right console is pressed down. Push down on the top left button of the left joystick to pressurize the auxiliary line on the left side of the boom. Push down on the top right button of the left joystick to pressurize the auxiliary line on the right side of the boom.Hydraulic Adjustable Boom Control (If Equipped)
To move the bucket down or closer to the machine, push on the rear of the pedal. To move the bucket up or away from the machine, push on the front of the pedal.Switching Hydraulic Attachment Circuits
