1 2 1H-8128 O-Ring Seal During assembly, lubricate the seal.
2 2 124-8248 Bushing During assembly, lubricate the outside surface of the bushing.
3 2 318-1785 Duo-Cone Seal Gp The rubber toric seals and all the contacting surfaces must be clean and dry at assembly. Before assembly, apply a thin layer of oil to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal rings. The seal rings must be assembled square. The rubber toric seal should not bulge and the rubber toric seal should not twist. Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS8364, "Assembly and Installation of Conventional Duo-Cone Seals".
4 2 217-6359 Collar Before assembly, lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
A - - Distance between the bushing and the face of the roller rim on each side is 14.11 0.08 mm (0.556 0.003 inch).
B - - Installation depth for installing the stopper assembly below the end of the track roller shaft is 11.0 4.0 mm (0.43 0.16 inch).
C - - The clear plug must not be recessed below the surface of the stopper assembly.
The clear plug can extend up to 0 to 5 mm (0.0 to 0.2 inch) out of the stopper assembly.
D 1 217-6358 Shaft Extension of track roller shaft from the collar is 53.25 0.13 mm (2.097 0.005 inch).
