Install two straps and a suitable lifting device to yoke assembly (2). Lower the yoke assembly and extend counterweight cylinder (15). Reposition latch assembly (14) away from the machine. Lower the yoke assembly.

Support cylinder (15) and remove bolt (17), the washer, and pin (16) .

Lower yoke assembly (2) and support the yoke assembly on Tooling (B) .
Use four straps and a suitable lifting device to support yoke assembly (2) for removal.

Remove two bolts (20), the two washers, spacer (18), and pin assembly (19) on both sides of yoke assembly (2) .
Remove the yoke assembly from the machine. The weight of the yoke assembly is approximately 386 kg (850 lb).Installation Procedure

Use four straps and a suitable lifting device to support yoke assembly (2). Position the yoke assembly to the original location. The weight of the yoke assembly is approximately 386 kg (850 lb).
Install two bolts (20), the two washers, spacer (18), and pin assembly (19) on both sides of yoke assembly (2) .

Support yoke assembly (2) on Tooling (B) .

Put cylinder (15) in position and install bolt (17), the washer, and pin (16) .

Install two straps and a suitable lifting device to yoke assembly (2). Position latch assembly (14) back to the original location. Raise the yoke assembly and retract counterweight cylinder (15) .

Install sleeve bearings (13) on both ends of link assembly (9) .

Use a strap and a suitable lifting device to support link assembly (9) .
Install link assembly (9) back to the original location. The weight of the link assembly is 29 kg (64 lb).
Install pin assembly (10). Install two bolts (11), the washers, and spacer (12) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (1). Install frame assembly back to the original location. The weight of the frame assembly is approximately 1028 kg (2267 lb).

Install pin assembly (7) on each side of the frame assembly. Install two bolts (6), the washers, and spacer (8) on each side of the frame assembly.
Install pin assembly (4) on each side of the frame assembly. Install two bolts (3), the washers, and spacer (5) on each side of frame assembly (1) .

Remove the strap and Tooling (A) from yoke assembly (2) .End By: Install the counterweights. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Counterweights - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
