Description of Change: The Customer Communication Module (CCM) PC software format has changed. Previously, two versions of CCM PC software were available. JERD2162 for Gas Engines and JERD2157 for Diesel EMCP II applications were formerly available on 3.5" diskette. JERC2162 has replaced both versions. JERC2162 comes on CD ROM format. If JERD2162 or JERD2157 is ordered, you will now receive JERC2162.There are still two separate versions of CCM controls. The part numbers are 162-8734 Customer Communication Module for gas engines and 164-8940 Customer Communication Module for diesel engines.If a CCM is ordered from the parts system for a new installation, the PC software must be purchased separately. When the CCM is ordered as an attachment with a new genset, the PC software is included with the control.Adaptable To: The CCM PC Software, JERC2162 is adaptable to all listed engines.
