3 1 4H-6730 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
4 30 6V-8133 Bolt Torque to 425 50 N m (313 37 lb ft).
Tighten to an additional turn of 120 10 degrees.
5 1 6D-0692 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
6 1 8K-0079 Terminal Bushing Inside diameter before assembly is 155.575 0.020 mm (6.1250 0.0008 inch).
7 6 6V-5844 Bolt Torque to 270 40 N m (199 30 lb ft).
8 2 099-4691 Locking Bolt Torque to 105 20 N m (77 15 lb ft).
Before assembly, apply 8C-8422 Sealant to the threads.
9 10 8T-2393 Bolt Torque to 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft).
Tighten to an additional turn of 120 10 degrees.
10 1 8M-3837 Magnetic Plug Lubricate the threads lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Torque to 70 15 N m (52 11 lb ft).
11 1 9S-4205 Plug Lubricate the threads lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Torque to 210 20 N m (155 15 lb ft).
12 1 9G-5319 Duo-Cone Seal Gp Rubber toric seals and all surfaces in contact with seals must be clean and dry at assembly. Put a thin layer of oil on the surfaces of the metal seals that are in contact just before installation. Seal rings must be assembled square with the bore. Toric seals must not bulge. Toric seals must not twist.
