Problem
A change to the excess oil drain in 9Y9122 and 9Y7559 Governors (3161) requires an oil drain hole in the top cover gasket.
Action Required
Remove all existing 1W9780 Gaskets from parts stock and from gasket kits in parts stock if they do not have a drain hole in them as shown in the illustration. All 1W9780 Gaskets made to the current change level have the drain hole.
