Install hose and tube assembly (36) with o-ring seals (21) and leave the ends hand tight.
Install grommet (40), clip (39), clip (41), hard washer (38), and bolt (37) onto the hose and tube assembly. Tighten the hose and tube assembly and then the bolts for the clips.
Install hose assembly (35) from the fuel manifold to the fuel pump.

Install tube assembly (42) on the bottom of the fuel manifold.

Install plug assembly (43) into the bottom of the fuel manifold and torque to 35 N m (26 lb ft).
Install plug (43) with o-ring seal (23) into the bottom of the fuel manifold and torque to 35 N m (26 lb ft).

Install two connector plug assemblies (48) in the fuel manifold and torque to 48 N m (35 lb ft).
Install check valve group (46) in the fuel manifold and torque to 48 N m (35 lb ft).
Install connector (45) with o-ring seal (2) and o-ring seal (21) in the fuel manifold and torque to 20 N m (15 lb ft).
Install plug assembly (47) in the fuel manifold and torque to 140 N m (103 lb ft).

Install two hose assemblies (49) onto the fuel manifold and torque the hose assemblies to 54 N m (40 lb ft).

Install fuel priming pump group (50) onto the engine.
Install two mounts (53), spacer (54), hard washer (52), hard washer (54), and bolt (51) into the top hole of the fuel priming pump group. Torque the bolt to 28 N m (21 lb ft).
Install four isolation mounts (57), two spacers (58), two hard washers (52), two hard washers (54), and two bolts (56) into the two bottom holes of the fuel priming pump group. Torque the bolts to 28 N m (21 lb ft).

Install hose assembly (59) and hose assembly (60) from the fuel transfer pump to the fuel priming pump group. Leave the hose assemblies hand tight at the connections.
Install grommet (40), clip (62), clip (63), hard washer (31), and bolt (61) around hose assembly (59). Tighten the hose assembly connections to 110 N m (81 lb ft). Torque the bolt to 55 N m (41 lb ft).
Install grommet (40), clip (62), clip (63), hard washer (31), and bolt (64) around hose assembly (60). Tighten the hose assembly connections to 110 N m (81 lb ft). Torque the bolt to 55 N m (41 lb ft).
