Press down key (14) until "Calibrations" is highlighted on the display screen.
Press OK key (15) .

Press down key (14) until "Vibe Motor Sol" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press OK key (15) to begin the calibration.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move throttle control switch (9) to the HIGH IDLE position twice. For each switch actuation, hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.

Move vibratory switch (16) on the left instrument panel to the ON position.Note: The parking brake should be in the ON position during this operation.

Squeeze trigger (17), and move propel lever (1) to the FORWARD position.
Press OK key (15) .

Rotate vibratory speed dial (18) on the right screed operator station to the MINIMUM position.
Press OK key (15) .

Rotate vibratory speed dial (18) on the screed operator panel clockwise until the vibratory just begins to operate.
Press OK key (15) .

Rotate vibratory speed dial (18) on the screed operator panel clockwise until the speed of the vibratory shaft reaches 3000 300 rpm. Use Tool (A) to measure the speed.

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (19) to return to calibration screen.Note: If the vibratory motor speed cannot be achieved during the calibration, replace the vibratory motor solenoid valve and retest.
Push home key (13) to exit the calibration screen.
Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move vibratory switch (16) on the left instrument panel to the OFF position.
Move throttle control switch (9) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (10) to the OFF position.
If the machine is equipped with an AS2302C Screed, hold plate in position, and replace two bolts (11) and washers.
