Boom block bracket
(1) Bracket mounting bolts
(2) Block pin and pin retainers Inspect both sides of the boom block bracket for mounting bolts (1) that are loose or damaged. Replace any damaged bolts and any missing bolts with original replacement parts only. There are three mounting bolts on each side of the bracket. Tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 530 70 N m (391 52 lb ft).Note: Apply oil to all bolt threads of the mounting bolts before you install the bolts.Make sure that block pin and pin retainers (2) are secure. There is a retainer pin with cotter pins at each end of the block pin.
